 This machine is  used for for the concentration of  traditional Chinese medicinewestern medicinestarch sugar food and dairy  product, etc.,specially suitable to the low-temperaure vacuum concentration of thermal sensitive material. 

   1.working principle:This system adopts negative pressure operation and takes the compressed steam  from low noise thermo-compression as single -effect heat resource ,which greatly reduces steam consumption .compare with common three-effect.this machine can save 24%energy and 27%water

   3.operation technology :1).the steam pressure of thermo-compressor is 0.5-0.7Mpa

                 2).first-effect heating temperature:90 Celsius degree and evaporate temperature 75 Celsius degree

                 3).second-effect heating temperature:75 Celsius degree and evaporate temperature 63 Celsius degree

                 4).third-effect heating temperature:63 Celsius degree and evaporate temperature 50 Celsius degree
